Really love going to the HIIT class, it's a huge motivator to get moving amongst a small group of easy-going relaxed people. Robyne is so thorough with checking on everyone's health and fitness status each session and modifying exercises to fit individuals needs. Robyne explains each exercise well and ensures that we are doing them correctly as we go. I always leave my HIIT class feeling lie I've had a great workout.
