An hour long consultation where we discuss how I can help you to meet your health and fitness goals in the safest and most enjoyable way possible.

Cancellation Policy

To hold bookings, payments must be made within 1 week of the booking being received. Please note that there are no refunds for missing a session. With prior notice (24 hours), another session may be booked to replace the missed session. All payments must be received in advance.
